Delete your Ishtirak account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ishtirak and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account & security.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email ishtirak.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Generator owners: your account, your generator and all its records (subscribers, readings, bills, payments, diesel, activity log), and your team’s access to it.
• Managers and collectors: your account and your access. The generator’s records stay with its owner; your name may remain on past activity-log entries.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days, then it is gone.

حذف حسابك على «اشتراك»

من التطبيق (الأسرع)

1. افتح «اشتراك» وسجّل الدخول.
2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب والأمان.
3. اضغط حذف حسابي، اكتب «حذف»، ثم أكّد.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تستطع فتح التطبيق، راسلنا على ishtirak.support@gmail.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به واطلب حذف حسابك. سنؤكّد خلال 7 أيام.

ما الذي يُحذف

• أصحاب المولّدات: حسابك والمولّد وكل سجلاته (المشتركون، القراءات، الفواتير، الدفعات، المازوت، سجلّ النشاط) وصلاحيات فريقك عليه.
• المدراء والجباة: حسابك وصلاحياتك. تبقى سجلات المولّد لدى مالكه، وقد يبقى اسمك على قيود سابقة في سجلّ النشاط.

قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة لمدة أقصاها 7 أيام، ثم تُزال نهائياً.
