Terms of use

These terms apply to the Ishtirak app and its services, operated by Ibrahim Amin, Beirut, Lebanon (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Ishtirak helps generator owners keep subscriber records, read meters, calculate bills from the tariff they enter, record payments, and send bills and reminders through their own WhatsApp. Ishtirak does not collect, hold or transfer money; it only records payments that you receive yourself.
2. Accounts and teams
Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was used without permission. The generator owner controls who joins their team (managers and collectors) and is responsible for what their team does in the app.
3. Owner responsibilities
- You are responsible for the prices, tariffs, exchange rates and readings you enter, and for checking bills before sending them. Bills are calculated from your inputs.
- You must follow the laws and official decisions that apply to your generator business, including pricing set by the authorities.
- You confirm that you have the right to store your subscribers’ details in the app and to contact them about their subscription.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ishtirak to send spam or unlawful content, to access other people’s data, or to interfere with the service.
5. Fees
Ishtirak is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
6. Availability
The app works offline and syncs when there is internet. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep regular exports (Excel) of important records.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ishtirak is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by incorrect data entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Ishtirak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على تطبيق «اشتراك» وخدماته، الذي يديره Ibrahim Amin، بيروت، لبنان. بإنشائك حساباً فأنت توافق عليها.
1. الخدمة
يساعد «اشتراك» أصحاب المولّدات على حفظ سجلات المشتركين وقراءة العدادات واحتساب الفواتير وفق التسعيرة التي يُدخلونها وتسجيل الدفعات وإرسال الفواتير والتذكيرات عبر واتساب الخاص بهم. لا يقوم «اشتراك» بتحصيل الأموال أو حفظها أو تحويلها؛ هو فقط يسجّل الدفعات التي تقبضها أنت بنفسك.
2. الحسابات والفرق
حافظ على سرّية كلمة المرور وأعلمنا إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك استُخدم من دون إذنك. صاحب المولّد يتحكّم بمن ينضمّ إلى فريقه (مدراء وجباة) وهو مسؤول عمّا يقوم به فريقه في التطبيق.
3. مسؤوليات صاحب المولّد
- أنت مسؤول عن الأسعار والتسعيرات وأسعار الصرف والقراءات التي تُدخلها، وعن مراجعة الفواتير قبل إرسالها. تُحتسب الفواتير بناءً على ما تُدخله.
- عليك الالتزام بالقوانين والقرارات الرسمية التي تنطبق على عمل المولّد، ومنها التسعيرة التي تحدّدها السلطات.
- تؤكّد أنّ لك الحق في حفظ بيانات مشتركيك في التطبيق والتواصل معهم بشأن اشتراكهم.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم «اشتراك» لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو محتوى مخالف للقانون، أو للوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين، أو لتعطيل الخدمة.
5. الرسوم
«اشتراك» مجاني حالياً خلال فترة الإطلاق. إذا أضفنا باقات مدفوعة سنُعلمك مسبقاً ولك أن تختار الاستمرار أو لا.
6. التوفّر
يعمل التطبيق من دون إنترنت ويزامن البيانات عند توفّره. نعمل على أن تكون الخدمة موثوقة، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان عملها دائماً من دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. احتفظ بنسخ دورية (Excel) من السجلات المهمّة.
7. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، يُقدَّم «اشتراك» «كما هو»، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو عن الخسائر الناتجة عن بيانات خاطئة يُدخلها المستخدمون. لا يحدّ أي بند هنا من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحدّ منها بموجب القانون اللبناني.
8. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام «اشتراك» وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يحقّ لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
9. التعديلات والقانون
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط؛ وسنُعلن التغييرات المهمّة داخل التطبيق. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين اللبنانية، وتختصّ محاكم بيروت بالنظر في أي نزاع.
